Hello, I’m Claudio and I will take care of your property in Italy while you are abroad or back in your country. I carry out regular house checks at your property in the area between Emilia-Romagna, Liguria and Tuscany and its surroundings.
Managing your holiday home can be a struggle for you, especially when living far away or abroad. I provide regular checks at your holiday home in Italy in order to avoid any bad surprises. I check that the property is in order, verify that bad weather hasn’t damaged your home including electricity, central heating, leakages in the house or on the roof, check your letters and control that your property is tidy and that you haven’t had any unexpected visits.
